Performing a Hard Reset on a LG Xenon

A full reset is sometimes referred to as a hard reset. Perform a full reset when you want to clear all settings, programs and data from RAM.

Caution if you perform a full reset, your LG Xenon returns to its default settings and looses all information that is not recorded in ROM.

To perform a Master Clear:

1. Go to Top Menu. (hit the square with 4 dots)
2. Go to Settings. (gear)
3. Tap Phone.
4. Tap Reset Settings.
5. Tap Master Clear.
6. Tap Phone.

To perform a Master Reset:

1. Go to Top Menu. (hit the square with 4 dots)
2. Go to Settings. (gear)
3. Tap Phone.
4. Tap Reset Settings.
5. Tap Master Reset.
6. If it asks for a security code (and you haven’t set one), use 0000.
